NOTICE
Any computer used with the equipment must comply with IEC
60950 and be installed and used according to the manufacturer's
instructions.
Set the conductivity cell constant, see Entering the conductivity cell constant, on
page 43.
Calibrate the temperature sensor, see Calibrating the temperature sensor, on page 45.
Calibrate the pH electrode, see Section 5.6.1 Calibrating pH, on page 50.
The conductivity cell constant is shown on the packaging. Retain the packaging
in case the conductivity cell constant needs to be re-entered.
Measured temperature is the temperature in the conductivity flow cell, which
can differ from the ambient temperature.
When running chromatography using organic solvents, it is recommended
that the pH electrode is removed and the dummy electrode inserted in its place,
as organic solvents will cause pH electrode degeneration.
