Setting Up the System
The HP 16500A has four user interface devices: the knob on the front
pane~
the touchscreen, the optional mouse, and the optional keyboard.

The knob on the front panel is used to move the cursor on certain
menus, increment or decrement numeric fields, and to roll the display.
