NOTES:
When SYSTEM MODE is turned ON and the system
is connected to a non-Dolby Digital receiver, no DTV
audio output will be produced, and SYSTEM MODE
should accordingly be turned OFF at such times.
Turning SYSTEM MODE ON will cause all monitor
input to be input from INPUT 1, and SYSTEM MODE
should accordingly be turned OFF when connected
to RGB input.

USING THE DIGITAL TUNER (sold separately) TO WATCH DTV
Set the SYSTEM MODE to ON. (Refer to
page 66.)
Monitor input will be fixed to INPUT 1 and the picture from the
input source selected by the receiver displayed.
To watch TV, switch the receiver input to where the monitor's
TV OUTPUT signal connects.
Channels can be selected using the monitor's remote control.
Watching DTV
1 Switch the receiver to where the digital tuner's signal
connect.
2 Set the mode switch to TV/DTV on the monitor's
remote control.
3 Press the DTV button on the monitor's remote
control.
Switching the monitor to DTV mode makes it possible to
view a high-quality 1080i picture.
Each time the DTV button is pressed, the operating mode
will switch between DTV and TV mode. To change the input
source, first switch to TV mode and then use the receiver to
switch the input source.
4 Use the monitor's remote control to select the
channel.
5 Use the receiver to adjust the volume or select
surround settin
