  • Page 3 This maintenance manual describes how to perform hardware service maintenance for the Toshiba Personal Computer QOSMIO E10. NOTE: Each model of QOSMIO E10 has a different configuration. For each model’s configuration, refer to the parts list dedicated to it. The procedures described in this manual are intended to help service technicians isolate faulty Field Replaceable Units (FRUs) and replace them in the field.

    Ask the user if a password is registered and, if it is, ask him or her to enter the password. Verify with the customer that Toshiba Windows is installed on the hard disk. Non- Windows operating systems can cause the computer to malfunction.
