Section 1 ‐ Product Overview Introduction Features Use Motion Detection to Automatically T urn on Y our Appliances The DCH‐G022 mydlink™ Connected Home Hub is a Z‐Wave gateway used to control a variety of Z‐Wave sensors for home automation. The DCH‐G022 communicates with other Z‐Wave and D‐Link Connected Home devices, letting you manage your home automation system on a single platform either at home or on‐the‐go. Section 3 ‐ Usage Schedule You can customize schedules for when your DCH‐G022 will be active in this section. There are two types of schedules you can configure: Basic and Advanced. The Basic type lets you set a specific time and cycle for select days. The Advanced type lets you specify different timeframes for each day of the week. Tapping + on the top right corner of the Basic schedule page will take you to the next page where you can select the active days, Start and End time, and Cycle (or duration) that the device will be active. This type of schedule is suited for schedules using the same Start and End times and Cycle for each day. Section 5 ‐ Troubleshooting Troubleshooting How do I reset the DCH‐G022? When you reset your DCH‐G022, it will change your settings back to the factory default settings. To reset the device, locate the Reset button on the side of the device. With the device plugged in, press and hold the Reset button for about 10 seconds until the Power LED turns red. Why can’t I connect to my wireless router? If you are having trouble connecting to your wireless router, try plugging the DCH‐G022 into a location that is closer to your router. After the Power LED turns solid green, you can unplug the mydlink™ Connected Home Hub and move it to the desired location. Where can I find the mydlink™ Home app? You may download the free mydlink™ Home app from the App Store (iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch) or Google Play (Android). Search for the mydlink™ Home app by typing in “mydlink Home”.
