6 Establish Remote connection
5. The "Remote Collaboration – Expert Control Mode" tab opens automatically
after a few seconds in the "Google Chrome" browser. The connection can be
made only if the audio/video collaboration software "SIPIX RC" is already open
on the Tablet PC.
The red dot in the tab signals the constitution of a link for the audio / video session.
If the red dot is illuminated continuously, the remote session can begin.
If the red dot does not appear, no audio / video source is available in the Google
Chrome browser. Check Google Chrome content settings.
The on-site technician can run the remote session via the "Start session" button on
the Tablet PC.
