This command controls display ON / OFF. It does not affect the data of the display RAM.

Note: Inputting "L" level to / RST makes display OFF.

This command selects the counter and UP / DOWN mode. For instance, when selecting X−counter / UP mode,
X−address is increment in response to every data reading and writing. But when X−Counter / UP mode is
selected, The address of Y (Page) −counter will not change. So setting Y−address (by command SYE) is needed
before changing Y−address.
Note: When Inputting "L" level to / RST, Y−counter is selected UP mode.
