Power source (Limited voltage) to comply with:
Available voltage potential for secondary circuit may not exceed 30 VDC.
All external connecting cables are to be protected against fire and damage
to insulation due to overloads or short circuits according to following table,
based on conductor area.
Suitable for use in circuits with low voltage/low power only.
Low voltage/low power source must satisfy one of following requirements:
a) To be fitted with an insulator that limits the maximum voltage potential
of open circuit to +24 VDC and current to max 8 A measured after 1 minute
in operation.
or
b) Fitted with a suitable insulator and a fuse that complies with UL248
requirements. Fuse to have a rated current of max 3 A and be fitted in the
power unit (+24 VDC) such that the available current is limited.
