Interference
If you have more than one cordless telephone
in your home or office, we
recommend
that you separate the telephones
from each other as much as
possible to avoid interference.
If interference
does occur, change the operat-
ing channel on one of the telephones
by pressing the SCAN button, or lower
the base station antenna, thereby reducing its range.
Noise
Electrical pulse noise is present in
most homes at one time or anoth-
er. This is most intense during
electrical storms. Certain kinds of
electrical equipment
such as TVs,
,@
@
fluorescent
lamps, halogen lamps,
microwave
ovens, light dimmers,
motors, fans, etc., also generate
noise pulses. Because radio
frequency transmissions
are
susceptible
to these pulses, on
oocasion you may hear them in
your handset. Generally they are a
minor annoyance
and should not
be interpreted as a defect in your
system.
