6. SERVICE MODE

6.1 TEST MODE

1. Description of Test Modes
The Following test modes are provided for this unit:
1. Test Mode 1
1-1: Version check mode
1-2: Check mode of the buttons, knobs, etc.
1-3: Factory reset mode
1-4: Voltage value display mode
1-5: Voltage value fluctuation range check mode

How to Enter Test Mode 1

Power is OFF
Connect the USB cable while pressing the LOAD1 button on
the (left) DECK and the HP CUE1 button on the (left) DECK.
Check PIC uCOM
A caution will appear if the firmware of the built-in PIC
uCOM is not for DDJ-RB.
The caution will appear right after the Test Mode 1 or
2
started. All LEDs of the CH level meter will blink.
The caution will be cleared if you press and hold the
BROWSE button for more than 5 seconds.
Then you can move on to the service mode.
Test Mode 1-1
Version check mode
Press the SHIFT button (right) DECK.
Test Mode 1-2
Check mode of the buttons, knobs, etc.
Press the SHIFT button (right) DECK.
Test Mode 1-3
Factory reset mode
Press the SHIFT button (right) DECK.
Test Mode 1-4
Voltage value display mode
Press the SHIFT button (right) DECK.

Press the SHIFT button (right) DECK.

* Press the SHIFT button on the (left)
DECK to go backward to the
previous page.

the (right) DECK and the HP CUE2 button on the (right DECK.
Check PIC uCOM
A caution will appear if the firmware of the built-in PIC

The caution will appear right after the Test Mode 1 or
