When this occurs, a manual change supplement is supplied which documents the differences.

Measuring the devices of this kit and comparing the results with supplied data System provides a tops-down verification of an HP 8753A/f3 with a 7 mm 50 ohm test set. The frequency range covered by the HP 850298 is 300 kHz to 6 GHz. The system must be calibrated before performing a system verification. -

Applicable Systems The HP 850298 7 mm verification kit has been designed to check the performance of the systems: HP 8753A with HP 85046A test set HP 87538 with HP 85044A or 85046A test set. -

HP 8753A can only be copied using an HP 8753A. A much faster way to make a backup copy is by using an HP 9000 Series 200 or 300 computer with an HP 9122 disc drive. -

Copying the Master Disc with an HP 9000 Series 200 or 300 Computer Insert a blank disc into drive 1 of the HP 9000 series 200 or 300 computer and initialize it with the command: INITIALIZE “ :,700,1” ,7 3.
