• Block visual disturbances:
• Block when screen is on: Prevents notification from popping on the
screen.
• Block when screen is off: Prevents notifications from turning on the
screen or pulsing the notification light.
10 Phone ringtone: Select the required ringtone from the list and tap on OK to set
as the ringtone.
11 Default notification ringtone: Select the required notification ringtone from the
list and tap on OK to set as the ringtone.
12 Default alarm ringtone: Select the required alarm ringtone from the list and tap
on OK to set as the ringtone.
13 Emergency broadcasts:
• Wireless emergency alert settings:
• Show presidential alerts: Check this option to get an emergency alert
system which allows the US president to address the country in the event
of national emergency.
• Show extreme threats: Check this option to display alerts for extreme
threats to life and property.
• Show severe threats: Check this option to get the severe threats to life
and property displayed.
• Show AMBER alerts: Check this option to get the child abduction
emergency bulletins.
• Turn on notifications: When checked, emergency alert broadcast are
displayed.
• Alert reminder: You can set the alert reminder for the following time
frame: Once, Every 2 minutes, Every 15 minutes, and Off.
• Vibrate: Check this option to set the device on vibrate during alert.
• Speak alert message: Check this option to use text-to-speech to speak
emergency alert messages.
• Developer options: Check the option Show CMAS test broadcasts to
display test broadcasts for commercial mobile alert system.
option Show opt-out dialog to show an opt-out dialog after displaying the
first CMAS alert (other than Presedential alert).
• Additional Language Alert: Check this option to get the alerts in
additional languages.
• Settings for Brazil (Show channel 50 broadcasts): Channel 50 is used
in Brazil for area update information when this option is checked.
• Settings for India (Show channel 60 broadcast): Channel 60 is used in
India for operator specific information when this option is checked.
