You may forward your incoming call to Voice Mail when you are away from your desk

When you have voice message in your mailbox, your phone message light will turn ON.

To delete message, press 3
Set Mailbox Security Code

8 to logon to your Mailbox
 Press 0 for Main Menu
 Press 6 7 for Mailbox Setup
 Press 7 for Security Code
 Enter your 4 Digits Security Code (To Set) or Press
 Press 7 to Accept
 Press # to Return to Main Menu or Hang up
Record Your Conversation

 After hang up, your phone message light will turn ON to indicate you have new messages
