Different Color Mixture Inspection

You are goint to inspect the eye shadow palette with 6 colors which are difficult to identify with the gray scale image
processing. The inspection is detects the area value of the color in the set region whether each color is placed at
right position or not. In order not to be affected by the deviation of the object in the field of view, Set the position
adjustment checker (GRAY EDGE) to follow its deviation. Use the BINARY WINDOW checker for each 6 colors to
measure the area value. Then, set the value of OK Judgement Max. and Min. to the area value, and then, set the
caluculation formula to be output, then start inspecting.

1 Setting the image processing
Select and set items as shown right for initial
settings .
2 Setting the product type
Select the product type to be inspected from
TYPE menu.

Capturing the image
Press A-key to capture the image into the memory.

Setting the checker
Specify the checker No.
Set checker No.1 for the POS. ADJ. (GRAY EDGE)
checker. And then, set the six BINARY WINDOW
checkers for each six color through No.2 to No.7.
