POS. ADJ. (GRAY EDGE)
The display image is switched into the gray scale.
Set the POS.ADJ.(GRAY EDGE) checker as shown
right.
For more information or details on the position adjustment checkers,
refer to the User's manual (Hardware and Operatio.)
Inspection Checker
BINARY WINDOW
Set each six BINARY WINDOW checkers (No.2 to No.7) on each six colors of the eyeshadow.
1. Specify the BINARY WINDOW checker for the checker No.2.
2. Place the cursor over the Inspection tab.
3. Select "1" for "Memory."
4. Register the green color by the color extraction on "A" from "Group Select".
5. Draw the area as shown right.
6. Select "01" for "Position Adj.".
Specify the already set position adjustment checker number.
7. Set the "OK Judge. Min." value.
Determine a value to be entered as referring the result of acceptable product.
8. Repeat the step 1 to 7 above to register No.3 through No.7 checkers for extraction color B through F.
Use the Copy&Paste function of the checkers for your convenience.
