When a user logs in with an account that does not have the administrator privileges, the tab to access the

Setup page is not displayed so that change of the user account can be prevented.

When the user tries to change a parameter with account that does not have the write permission, the

frame is displayed in gray and becomes unchangeable so that writing from an account for monitoring can

be prevented.

From an account that has the administrator privileges, the user can block an account by clicking the

button and can change the password forcibly by clicking the

button.
