designed and manufactured for the purpose of " general
use " , such as general office use, personal use, and

use " ）. Customers shall not use the subject software and
the subject translation service for safety-critical use
without taking all necessary and appropriate measures if
Customers wish to use the same for safety-critical use
purpose. In such case, Customers recognize that
safety-critical use requires extremely high-level of safety
in use as mentioned below as examples, and would
cause a significant risk of personal injury and/or death if
that high-level of safety is not secured.
