E-mail

Sending email

To send/receive an email,
you should set up an email
account.
1 Press Menu > Messages >
E-Mail > select the e-mail
account > and create e-mail
using Write e-mail option.
2 A new email window will
open.
3 Enter the recipient email
address then press down
Navigation key to scroll
through to Subject and
message field.

Retrieving your email

1 Press Menu > Messages >
E-mail.
2 Select the account you want
to use.
3 Select Inbox.
4 Choose Refresh and the
phone will connect to your
email account and retrieve
your new messages.

Mail folders

Press Menu > Messages >
E-Mail > select the e-mail
account.
Write e-mail - Create your new
message.
Inbox - All the emails you
receive are placed into your
Inbox. From here you can
reply, forward and more.
Drafts - If you don't have time
to finish writing an email,
you can save what you have
written so far in here.
Outbox - This is a temporary
storage folder while email
are being sent or stores the
messages that failed to send.
Sent - Copies of all the email
you send are kept in your Sent
folder.
Trash: All emails to be removed
are placed in the trash folder.
Settings: Set the details of your
e-mail.
