5. Wiring Diagram

5.1 Now it's time to route the cable assembly to the vehicle
junction box and connect the wires per the wiring diagram.

6.3 Plug the cable connector into the camera base.

6.1 After routing the wire harness to the junction box, ensure
that there is sufficient service loop to allow the connector to
plug into the camera base—approx. 6-8 inches of wire is
sufficient.
6.4 Tighten the screw collar until the base is snug.
6.2 Attach the camera base into the RAM® Mount installed on
the windshield.
6.5 Insert the camera back into the windshield mount camera
base.
