Energy Options

The three following modes are available on the Monitor.
LAN and RS-232C can be selected for the Monitor control. The operation of
the energy options mode varies depending on the control selection.
When RS-232C is selected for control
Home mode / Office mode
- When there is no signal, NO SIGNAL is displayed and the Monitor
switches to Auto Standby mode after a fixed period of time has passed.
- When a signal enters into the selected input terminal, the Monitor
switches to ON mode.
Retail mode
When there is no signal, NO SIGNAL is displayed but the Monitor does
not switch to an energy options mode (it remains in ON mode).
When LAN is selected for control
Home mode
- When there is no signal, NO SIGNAL is displayed and the Monitor
switches to Auto Power save mode after a fixed period of time has
passed.
In Auto Power save mode, if no LAN signal is received, the Monitor
switches to Auto Standby mode after 3 minutes.
- When a signal enters into the selected input terminal, the Monitor
switches to ON mode.
Retail mode
When there is no signal, NO SIGNAL is displayed but the Monitor does
not switch to an energy options mode (it remains in ON mode).
Office mode
- When there is no signal, NO SIGNAL is displayed and the Monitor
switches to Auto Power save mode after a fixed period of time has
passed.
The Monitor remains in Auto Power save mode regardless of a LAN
signal being input or not.
- When a signal enters into the selected input terminal, the Monitor
switches to ON mode.
