Hold PRG  pressed for 5 seconds.

Use PRG  to scroll through the menu until the following option
appears in the display:
o
"STEAM SOURCE"

Press START .

Use SHORT  and STANDARD  to select a steam source:
o
Thermal disinfection via boiler
o
Steam

Confirm and save the selection by pressing START .

Press STOP  to quit without saving.

Hold PRG  pressed for 5 seconds.

Use PRG  to scroll through the menu until the
following option appears in the display:

Press START .

Use SHORT  and STANDARD  to select a steam
