Troubleshooting

Because rice varieties may vary in their make-up, results may differ. Below are some troubleshooting tips
to help you achieve the desired consistency.

Rice is too dry/hard
If your rice is dry or hard/chewy when the rice cooker switches to Keep-Warm mode, ad-
