    The SNMP card allows users to remotely manage the UPS by using a network management system (NMS), Huawei NetEco, or a web browser on a computer network. A maximum of 16 SNMPv3 users and 80 NMS users can manage the UPS.

    3 Installation and Basic Settings 3.3 Installing the SNMP Card The methods for installing SNMP cards are the same on different UPSs of Huawei. The SNMP card is installed in the optional card slot INTELLISLOT at the rear panel of the UPS.

    After the SNMP card is installed, you can set the SNMP card IP address on the LCD of the UPS2000-G. The LCD of the UPS2000-A does not support settings of monitoring parameters for the SNMP card. The system provides the personal data encryption protection. The email address and password are encrypted using a secure encryption algorithm with a cipher key.
