Installation and commissioning flowchart

Identify the frame size of your drive: R1 or R3.
Plan the installation: select the cables, etc.
Check the ambient conditions, ratings and required
cooling air flow.
Unpack and check the drive.
If the drive will be connected to an IT (ungrounded) or
corner grounded system, check that the internal EMC
filter is not connected.
Install the drive on a wall or in a cabinet.
Remove the dust protection sticker.
Install the IP66 glands and route the cables.
Check the insulation of the input cable, the motor and
the motor cable.
Connect the power cables.
Connect the control cables.
Check the installation and the gaskets.
Commission the drive.
