Troubleshooting

Problem
The ironing board is not heated.
The steam tank cannot be
switched on.
The suction or blowing mode
does not work.
The ironing board is not stable.
Water is dripping from the ironing
board/the ironing board cover is
wet.
Cause
The ironing board has not been
switched on.
There is a connection problem.
The ironing board has not been
switched on.
There is a connection problem.
The fan switch is not in the
correct position.
The ironing board has not been
switched on.
The floor is not level.
During prolonged steam ironing,
water may condense inside the
ironing board if the fan is not
switched on.
Solution
Switch the ironing board on by pushing the
on/off switch to position I.
Check the mains cord of the ironing board,
the plug and the wall socket.
Switch the ironing board on by pushing the
on/off switch to position I.
Make sure that the mains cord of the steam
tank has been properly plugged into the
socket of the ironing board and the mains
cord of the ironing board has been properly
plugged into the wall socket.
Set the fan switch to Ú for suction mode
and to Ò for blowing mode.
Switch the ironing board on by pushing the
on/off switch to position I.
Turn the adjustable feet until the board is
stable.
Switch on the ironing board for a few minutes
before you start ironing. Periodically set the
fan to suction or blowing mode during
prolonged steam ironing.
