9. trOubleshOOtInG

prOblem
The device does not heat
up. (In the ON position, the
power switch does not light.)
The unit does not heat up.
(The light does not come on
and the power switch is on.)
The steam flow is irregular,
the
Appliance "coughs".
Water comes out of the
accessories or

no steam.
Steamer generates a large amount of steam that can condense water in the hose, and the extension tubes after a cooling period or
of use of the device.
The broom head does
not stay attached to the
extension tubes.
The handle becomes hot.

1 - The device is not connected.

2 - Scale has accumulated in the water
tank.
3 - The device is damaged.
1 - First use after filling the tank
2 - The level is low.
3 - The steam hose is bent / folded.
4 - Scale has accumulated in the tank.
1 - Steam condensed in the hose.
2 - The water has not heated enough.
3 - The water tank is too full.
1 - The adapter is not inserted into the
bottom of the tubes.
When hot steam passes through the
handle, it warms up.

1 - Check the plug / socket.
2 - Disconnect and contact Technical Support.
1 - Add water by following the instructions.
2 - Clean the tank.
3 - Disconnect and contact Steamer Technical Support.
1 - Release the condensed water by pressing the
steam trigger.
2 - Add water by following the instructions.
3 - Tighten the hose.
4 - Clean the tank according to the instructions.
1 - Direct the tip towards a bucket and unload.
2 - Wait for the rise of steam pressure.
3 - Turn off the power, allow the unit to cool down and
drain the water from the tank. Empty this water by
operating the steam trigger over a bucket or sink.
make sure the spring button is fully engaged in the
hole in the tip.
In case of discomfort, use a glove.
