Gravity & suction feed/air discharge oil drainer

4.4.
drain the air tank daily. Water in the air line may damage the drainer.
4.5.
Clean the air inlet filter screen weekly.
4.6.
line pressure should be increased to compensate for unusually long air hoses.
5. asseMbly
5.1.
Fit the venturi pump and gauge assembly to the reservoir tank, ensure the gasket is properly positioned. Tighten the nut using a
suitable wrench (fig.2.1).
5.2.
Connect the drain hose with the ball valve adaptor on the base of the reservoir (fig.3.1). Secure the hose with the hose clamp
provided.
5.3.
Connect the drain pan (fig.4.1) to the ball valve (fig.4.2). Insert the assembled group into the reservoir tank and tighten the ring
sleeve (fig.4D). Adjust the height and lock in position using the hand wheel lock (fig.4E)

6. operation
WarninG: ensure that you read, understand and apply the safety instructions in Section 1.
6.1.
draininG:
6.1.1.
Close ball valve 2 (fig.6.2) and open valve 6 (fig.6.6).
6.1.2.
Position the oil drainer beneath a car situated on a lift and drain the waste oil.
6.2.
suction:
6.2.1.
Open valve (fig.6.4) completely by turning it counter-clockwise. Close the suction valve (fig.6.1), close air valve (fig.6.5), and close
the drain valves (fig.6.2 and fig.6.6).
6.2.2.
Connect the compressed air at 7bar (100psi) to quick coupling (fig.5.2), open the ball valve (fig.5.1) and valve (fig.5.4). Air will
flow out of the muffler (fig.5.3).
6.2.3.
When the arrow of the vacuum gauge approaches the red field, after 2.5 - 3 minutes, close the valve (Fig.5.1) then shut off the
compressed air. The unit is now depressurized and ready for use.
note! oil should be removed when hot (70-80C). Keep hands, face and body protected using suitable personal protective equipment
(PPe). The suction capacity of the unit is equal to 2/3 of its reservoir capacity.
6.2.4.
With the engine still warm, remove the dipstick and insert the largest probe as far down as it will go.
6.2.5.
Connect the suction hose to the probe.
6.2.6.
Open valve (fig.6.1), keeping the probe dipped in oil. As soon as the sump is emptied, close valve (fig.6.1).
note! It is also possible to suck hot waste oil while keeping the air connected to the device.
