Starting the Chain Saw

1.
Ensure that the vents on the chain saw are free
from dust and debris

Set the chain saw down on a level surface.
3.
Align the tongue of the battery pack with the
battery cavity in the chain saw
4.
Push the battery pack into the battery cavity until
the battery pack locks into place.
5.
Remove the protective cover from the chain.

Ensure that the chain brake is in the O
position

Shutting Off the Chain Saw
