Operation of the Oven Gas Burner

Touch [Bake] and set temperature at the
control. Relay board receives input and checks
resistance of sensor.

If heat is required, Bake relay K11 is closed.
120VAC is sent to the gas safety valve. The
glow igniter which is wired in series with the
valve starts to heat up, as it does the voltage
drops across the valve.
3.
When the glow bar draws 3.2 amps and is
glowing the valve opens sending gas to the
burner which ignites. Bake is 17,000 BTUs.
