Setting your VRS Message
To Record Your Message
Pick up the handset
Dial 616
Dial 7 to Re Record your message
Enter you message number from 001-100
Record message after the tone
Press # to end the recording
To Listen to Your Message
Pick up the handset
Dial 616
Dial to Listen to your message
Enter you message number from 001-100
Recording will now play back to you
Recording Your Night Voice Mail Message
Press the Night Messages Key Programmed on your Main Handset
Press the screen option Greet
Select your Greeting number – by default this is Gr1
From here you can select one of three options
LSTN - Listen to your current message
REC - Re Record your current message
DEL - Delete your current message
Once you have re recorded your current message press the screen option Done to save your
recording, then hang up.
Retrieving Your Night Messages
When a voice mail message is left after hours, the LED on your Night Messages Key will
flash red to notify you of the message.
• To retrieve that message press the flashing Night Messages Key
• Press the screen option LSTN to hear your messages
Your messages will now play back to you. Your screen options will now change giving you
additional features such as Next, Pause Delete. If you press the More key you will get
additional options such as Rewind and Fast Forward.
