D503 to D508 (A-5) : CPU#3 Status indicator
Indicate the state of CPU#3 (private data control circuit).
D503 (green) : LAN#1 Transmitted
Lights up when data is transmitted to
Ethernet port#1.
D504 (yellow) : LAN#1 Received
Lights up when data is received from
Ethernet port#1.
D505, D506 (green) : Factory use
D507, D508 (red) : Factory use
D509 (A-4) (orange) : Factory use
This indicator stays out under normal conditions.
D510 (B-5) (red) : CPU#3 Operation Error indicator
Lights up when the operation of CPU#3 (private data
control circuit) comes to stop. At the same time, the
indicator on the front panel lights up in red.
D511 (K-6) (green) : Factory use
D512 (K-6) (red) : Factory use
D706 to D708 (A-7) (green) : Factory use
Only D706 lights up under normal conditions.
D801 to D803 (A-8) (orange) : Factory use
Only D801 lights up under normal conditions.
D804 to D806 (A-8) (orange) : Factory use
Only D804 lights up under normal conditions.
