3. Tilt the protective cover forward (see fig. 5).

4. Remove connecting cable (fig. 6, item 1) from the
protective cover.
5. Remove bolts (4x, fig. 6, item 3).
6. Remove cable bushing (fig. 6, item 4) from the cover
(fig. 6, item 2). To do so, press the cable bushing
into the device.

The cover (fig. 6, item 2) is connected on the inside
using a connecting cable (protective conductor). Be-
fore removing the cover (fig. 6, item 2), the connect-
ing cable (protective conductor) must be removed.
7. Remove cover (fig. 6, item 2) upward.

8. Remove screw plug (fig. 7, item 1). Retain the hexa-
gon nut (fig. 7, item 4).
9. Push connecting cable 1 684 463 931 (fig. 7, item 2)
through the opening in the cover (fig. 7, item 3).
10. Attach connecting cable 1 684 463 931 (fig. 7,
item 2) with the hexagon nut (fig. 7, item 4).

Connect the connecting cable (fig. 6, item 1) to the
protective conductor terminal (fig. 8, item 2).
