PROBLEM
The appliance is not
working.
The appliance will not start. The lid 8 is not on properly.
The ingredients are not
cooked.
The ingredients are not
mixed properly.
The food is burnt.
If the malfunction cannot be corrected using one of the suggestions above, or if you have found some
other kind of malfunction, please contact our Customer Service department.

POSSIBLE
CAUSE
The appliance is not connect-
ed to a mains power socket.
The appliance is damaged.
The ingredients are cut into
pieces that are too large.
There is not enough liquid in
the blender jug 5.
The wrong function has been
selected.
The blender jug 5 was not
cleaned properly before
reheating. There is still food
residue stuck to the bottom of
the blender jug 5.
POSSIBLE
SOLUTIONS
Connect the appliance to
a mains power socket.
Contact the Customer
Service department.
Put the lid 8 on properly.
Cut the ingredients into
smaller pieces (approx.
2 cm).
Add some liquid.
Try another function.
Clean the blender jug 5
before every heating.
