Your TV has the Netflix app pre-installed. The netflix settings
menu allows you to deactivate the app and it also shows you
your ESN code.
• Press the

Deactivating Netflix app

If you would like to deactivate your Netflix app you can
deactivate it here.
• Press the
button.
• A screen will appear asking you if you are sure you want to
deactivate Netflix, highlight OK then press the OK button.

ESN

The ESN code is the code that enables your TV to connect to
Netflix, this cannot be adjusted it for information only. It may be
useful if you ever have any problems with your Netflix account.
