OPTISIM™ Burner: Perfect for simmering the most
delicate liquids and sauces and melting chocolate. This is
the small diffusion cap that sits on the small burners of all
cooktops.
POWERSIM™ Burner: Diffuses the flame evenly across
the entire bottom of the pot. The advantage is being able to
simmer sauces on the largest burner.

Burner "ON" Light

An "On" light is located on the cooktop. When illuminated, it

positioned on the cooktop whenever the

placed into the corresponding dimples in the
cooktop. Do not use a grate if the rubber feet
are missing or damaged.
