3 Operating Instructions

1.
Check the lug, locking pin, and spring plug for
completeness and visible damages, such as signs
of wear, deformation, breakages, cracks, and
corrosion damages, prior to each use. Do not use
the lug when defects are noted and discard it
immediately.
2.
Carry out the necessary preparation work for the
use of the lug in accordance with the workshop
manuals.
3.
Attach the lug T10059 to the suspension device
2024A as described in the workshop manuals and
secure the locking pin with spring connector.
WARNING
Risk of the load tilting or falling!
Incorrect attachment of the lug to the load may cause a
tilting or falling of the load! This can cause serious
injuries or severe damage to materials.
Attach the lug, locking pin, and spring plug to the
suspension device 2024A exactly as described in the
workshop manuals.
4.
Carry out further work as described in the
workshop manuals.
5.
Ensure that all parts of the special tool have been
removed after completing the repair work.

original replacement parts.
