Fuel system
Fit the carburettor.
Fit the carburettor cover.
Fit the air filter.

Remove the screw (D) and separate
both halves of the throttle.

Slide the fuel hoses on the carburettor
nipples.
Connect the throttle cable.
Slide the carburettor into position on
the distance piece.
Slide the choke to the closed position.
Position the carburettor cover and
tighten both nuts (A).
Fit the air filter.

Throttle

We recommend that the engine body
and the shaft are separated to make
the later assembly of the throttle easier.
1. Remove the 4 screws (A).
2. Slide the throttle forwards on the
shaft.
3. Loosen the screws (B) and (C).
4. Pull apart the engine body and
shaft.

5. Remove the screw (D).
6. Separate both halves of the throttle.
They are held together by snap-in
clips so use a screwdriver to help.
