HANDLING FLOPPY DISK Data and program for this machine, basically managed by PT, are saved to and loaded from a floppy disk. This section describes the protection and handling of such floppy disks. NOTICE Only 3.5-inch 2HD floppy disks (1.44 MB format) can be used for this machine. 2DD disks cannot be used.

First, check the state of the feeders arranged on the stage. • The information of the chips on each feeder is displayed in the order of feeder address. Through the state of occupancy, you can see which feeder address on the feeder table is used at a glance.

Production Settings 3-2-7 Tray Counter You can check or change the first pick-up position for the next production. • Select the tray feeder you will check or change. • Toggle the display. Set Adrs: Displays only the addresses which have the chips that are registered in stock data.
Production Settings Reset/All Reset • Reset Sets the pick-up start position of the address pointed by a cursor to (X = 1 , Y = 1). All reset Sets all addresses to (X = 1 , Y = 1). ∗ Also the defective chip eject pallet will be reset to the initial position.
