ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURES
[Deflection Circuit]
Adjustment
Set the oscillating frequency in a horizontal synchronizing circuit.
purpose
1. Horizontal Free Run

1. Set VR5C1 to the center position.
2. Supply an OPTION2 signal (No. 11).
3. Connect"+" side on the frequency counter to TP2H. And connect"-" side to
TPGND.respectively to turn on the power.
4. Respectively to turn the power on.
5. Adjust VR5C1 with no signal supplied· so that the frequency counter is 24.39±
0.01kHz.

DC Voltmeter
1. Supply a Full Black signal (No.18).
2. Connect"+" side on the DC voltmeter to
CD
pin of Connector OS. And connect
+Side:

pin of Connector DS
"-"side to® pin of Connector OS and measure the voltage.
- Side:® pin of Connector DS
3. Adjust VR501 so that the voltage is 19.85 ± 0.02V.

Note ; After adjustment, fix VR501 with hot melt adhesive so as not to be
readjusted and fluctuated.
