Special operation and frequency control

Jog operation from the operation panel
Selects Jog operation mode from the operation panel. Operation is performed only while the start button is pressed.
Operation
1.
Confirmation of the RUN indicator and
operation mode indicator
The monitor mode should have been
selected.
The inverter should be at a stop.
2.
Change the X12 signal (Bit11) setting to "1."
X12 signal (Bit11) gives a control input
command through FL remote communication.
3.
Press
to choose the PU Jog operation
mode.
4.
Press

While
is pressed, the motor rotates.
The motor runs at 5Hz. (Pr. 15 initial value)
5.
Release
[When changing the frequency of PU Jog operation]

to choose the parameter setting
mode.
7.
Turn
until Pr. 15 Jog frequency appears.

to show the currently set value.

Perform the operations in steps 1 to 5.
The motor rotates at 10Hz.
NOTE
When Pr. 29 Acceleration/deceleration pattern selection = "1" (S-pattern acceleration/deceleration A), the acceleration/
deceleration time is the period of time required to reach Pr. 3 Base frequency.
The Pr. 15 setting should be equal to or higher than the Pr. 13 Starting frequency.
During Jog operation, the second acceleration/deceleration via the RT signal cannot be selected. (The other second
functions are valid. (Refer to page 227))
