1-3. Camera Block

1. Remove the pan cabinet (side). (Refer to Section 1-2-1)
2. Remove the pan cabinet (front). (Refer to Section 1-2-2)
3. Remove the pan cabinet (rear). (Refer to Section 1-2-3)
4. Remove the camera cabinet (upper/lower). (Refer to
Section 1-2-4)
5. Remove the camera cabinet (front). (Refer to Section
1-2-5)
6. Disconnect one flexible flat cable from the connector
on the DD-161 board, then remove the holder.
7. Remove the two screws (2x4), then remove the
bracket (L).
8. Remove the lock portion of the shaft boss from the
direction indicated by the arrow A using a tool such as
a slotted screwdriver, then turn the lock portion in the
direction indicated by the arrow B.
9. Loosen the two hexagonal-head screws (2x3) in the
coupling of the DC motor shaft.
10. Disconnect one flexible flat cable and remove the two
screws (2.6x4) from the DC motor, then remove the
DC motor.
11. Remove the shaft boss while holding the camera block
with your hand, then remove the camera block.

12. Attach the camera block in the reverse order of steps 1
to 11.

When attaching the camera block to the DC motor shaft,
tighten the two hexagonal-head screws (2x3) in the
coupling using a torque driver while pushing the camera
block to the DC motor side.
Used tool : Torque driver (J-6325-400-A)
: Hexagonal bit (J-6323-440-A)
Tightening torque: 0.2± 0.02 N.m {2± 0.2 kgf.cm}
