The following example is a program for device trigger.
(0) Turn on 'DeviceTriggerProcessingCommand' (M41) when the GET command sent from the controller has been received. The device trigger is complete by
performing the process required for the system and turning on 'DeviceTriggerProcessingCompletion' (M51).
