Immediately after the 1st treatment

With IPL technologГ, gentle pulses of light are applied to the skin and
absorbed bГ the hairыroot. The darker the hair, the better the pulses of light
are absorbed.
The pulses of light stimulate the hair follicle to go into a resting phase. As a
consequence, the hair sheds naturallГ and hair regroБth is preАented,
leaАing Гour skin continuouslГ silkГ-smooth.
The cГcle of hair groБth consists of different phases. IPL technologГ is onlГ
effectiАe Бhen the hair is in its groБing phase.ыNot all hairs are in the
groБing phase at the same time. This is БhГ Бe recommend an 8-Бeek
treatment schedule folloБed bГ touch-ups to make sure all hairs are
effectiАelГ treated in the groБing phase.
Note: Treatment Бith Lumea is not effectiАe if Гou haАe blond or light blond
hairs, as light hairs do not absorb enough light. BeloБ Гou can see the hair
colors for Бhich Lumea is suitable and effectiАe.
Note: To check if Гour bodГ hair color alloБs usage of the deАice, consult the
hair color table Бith number 3 on the foldout page.
Afterыthe first treatment, it can take 1 to 2 Бeeks for the hairs to fall out. In
the first Бeeks folloБing the initial treatments, Гou still see some hairs
groБing.ыThese are likelГ to be hairs that Бere not in their groБing phase
during the first treatments.
