Diagnostic messages of the application

Error/warning,
diagnostic
code: Text
F2011, error, category: Stop
1
F2011, 01: FBS Vlv1 fail
All diagnostic messages that refer to technology functions are indicated via
the diagnostic code (P‑0‑1300) and the diagnostic text (P‑0‑1387).
The various diagnostic messages are subdivided into four categories, which
are an integral part of the relevant diagnostic code. Errors und warnings trig‐
ger corresponding diagnostic messages in IndraDrive, whereas messages
are diagnosed exclusively via the parameters of the technology function.
System event (events) are classified into 4 categories according to their se‐
verity:
Stop 0 (event of highest severity)
Stop 1
Warning
Message (event of lowest severity)
The diagnostic number has to be interpreted as follows:
B4XXX: Events of category "message"
B5XXX: Events of category "warning"
D4XXX: Events of category "Stop 1"
D5XXX: Events of category "Stop 0"
XXX: Number of the event (HEX...FFF)
Every diagnostic message that is related to an event consists of a diagnostic
message number and a diagnostic text.
Example: 404E: "Oil temperature exceeds alarm level"
This note refers to the diagnostic messages of the following table.
Before corrections are made in the form of parameter changes,
first the physical causes of the error should be searched for and
examined.
Increasing alarm or warning thresholds or suppression cycles be‐
fore the actual cause has been eliminated can lead to damage to
the self-contained servo-hydraulic linear axis. This type of param‐
eters should be optimized exclusively by Bosch Rexroth or by au‐
thorized and qualified personnel of a specialized company that
was authorized by Bosch Rexroth, see also
