Optical-in Connection

Connecting to an Audio System
You can connect your Sound Bar to an audio system to play audio from other devices.
Connect audio through a digital optical cable
1. You can connect an optical cable from the OPTICAL input jack on the Sound Bar to
the OPTICAL output jack on the other device.
2. Press the INPUT button to select OPTICAL mode, the display will show "Optical"

Line-in Connection

Connecting audio through an analogue audio cable
1. Connect a 3.5mm cable (supplied) from the LINE input jack on the Sound Bar to the
other device
2. Press the INPUT button to select the LINE IN mode, the display will show "Line-IN"

Troubleshooting

1. Problem: The Soundbar cannot be turned On
Solution: Make sure that AC adapter is properly connected to the Soundbar and that
is is plugged in a wall socket correctly. Press the power button the top of the soundbar
and check whether the display shows TOSHIBA
2. Problem: No Sound from the Soundbar
Solution: Verify that the system volume is turned on in the system and that the
volume level is high. Make sure the source you have selected is sending audio. If you
are connected to your TV, please make sure that your TV is configured to output audio.
Make sure that no audio connections are disconnected. Make sure that you have
selected the correct source (input). Press the MUTE button on the remote control to
make sure that the soundbar is not muted.
