Yes, the output signal from the GoGear micro jukebox is equivalent to the output signal from a CD player. However, similar to a regular CD player, you need a power amplifier to play music from your home stereo system, as you cannot connect the GoGear micro jukebox directly to your home stereo speakers.

Reducing the file quality saves memory, allowing you to add more music to a device. Resampling will not alter the music file saved to your PC, but will only change the file transferred to your portable player.
