    1. Projector Firmware Upgrade Setup Part A: Connect the Mini USB Cable and Enter Download Mode 1. Plug in the power cord and perform following steps to enter download mode. NOTE: Please DON’T press power button to turn on the projector when entering download mode.

    Part B: Launch the Firmware Downloader Tool to Upgrade Projector Firmware 3. Double-click DDP442X Firmware Downloader.exe from downloader Projector FW folder. NOTE: The DDP442X Firmware Downloader tool does not support Mac OS. 4. DDP442X Firmware Downloader is executing and please checks USB status is Connected (Projector found) before upgrade firmware.

    2. Multimedia Firmware Upgrade Setup Part A: Enable Wireless or LAN on the Projector 1. Connect the power cable and turn on the projector by pressing the power button. 2. If the LAN cable is used for firmware upgrade, follow these steps to re-active Wireless and LAN feature when the Wireless and LAN is Disabled.

    Your computer must have wireless network function to detect the connection.  When you connect to the S520 wireless network, you will lose wireless connectivity with other wireless network. 6. Open the Internet browser on your computer. You will be automatically directed to the Web Management page.

    Part C: Upgrade Multimedia Firmware 7. The S520 web management page opens. Click Admin. 8. Enter the administrator password (default password is admin), then click Login. 9. Click Firmware Upgrade. 10. Follow these steps to upgrade firmware: Step A: Click “Browse” to find the firmware (*.nad) from downloaded Multimedia FW folder.
