Troubleshooting

The IP controller does not start up.
When using the system with a camera head: Connect the camera head to the IP controller's HEAD terminal.
­
When using the system without a camera head: The
­
(A 11) or the PoE hub does not fulfill the standard or power requirements for use with this system (A 31).
Cannot turn off the IP controller.
Slide the power switch and hold it for more than 3 seconds. Once the power/status indicator starts flashing quickly
­
(4 times per second), release the power switch. This will force the IP controller's shutdown.
Cannot launch the web setup tool because the IP controller's IP address or password was forgotten.
Reset the IP controller's settings to their initial values using the power switch (A 30).
­
The login screen is not displayed.
The IP address used for the URL may be incorrect. Use the IP address that was set (A 15).
­
You may have added a "/" (forward slash) at the end of the URL. Delete the slash and try to log in again.
­
Check that the same IP address is not used for the IP controller and control PC.
­
With the camera head installed in underslung position, the camera pans in the wrong direction.
Activate the underslung mode on the IP controller (A 19).
­
The main capture camera is not working properly.
An unknown error may have occurred. Turn the main capture camera off and then on again. If using the system
­
with a camera head, you can also click [ ] (menu) > [Maintenance] > [Power Control] > [Camera] to turn the camera
off/on (A 28).
Communication with the main capture camera has stopped.
Disconnect the USB cable (type C) between the IP controller and main capture camera and then connect it again.
­
The wide view camera or eyepiece camera image is not displayed.
The image form these cameras cannot be checked using the web setup tool. Use the Camera Remote application.
­
The wide view camera or eyepiece camera is not working properly.
An unknown error may have occurred. . Click [ ] (menu) > [Maintenance] > [Power Control] > [Eyepiece camera]
­
or [Wide view camera] to turn the respective camera off and then on again (A 28).
The Ethernet 1000 Mbps link / 100 Mbps link indicator does not illuminate.
The IP controller is not correctly connected to a network. Disconnect the LAN cable and then connect it again.
­
The Ethernet 1000 Mbps link / 100 Mbps link indicator does not flash.
Data is not being transferred to the network. Using the web setup tool, check that a correct IP address was set
­
(A 15).
Images are not recorded.
A card was not inserted into the main capture camera or the card is full. Replace the card with one with sufficient
­
available space.
(Ethernet) terminal may not be connected to the PoE hub
