■ Add Person
The [Add Person] dialog box enables you to register a person and his/her
information in the Address Book.
You can register the following information:
[Prefix]
[First]
[Last]
[Suffix]
[Recipient name] Enters the recipient name.
[Company]
[Dept./Div.]
[Fax Number]
[Notes]
Enters the prefix to the recipient's name, or selects the prefix from
the pull-down list. ([Dr.], [Mr.], [Mrs.], or [Ms.])
Enters the recipient's first name.
Enters the recipient's last name.
Enters the suffix to the recipient's name, or selects the suffix from
the pull-down list. ([Jr.], [MD], or [Sr.])
Enters the recipient's company name.
Enters the recipient's department or division name.
Enters the recipient's fax number. You can enter two numbers and
description.
Enters the additional information about the recipient.
