To Disable ADSL Dialup
• Press the Down-Arrow key
• Use the Right-Arrow key to select Disable
DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol)
DHCP allows the network administrator to distribute IP addresses when a computer is plugged into a different place on the network. If your
ISP provides a static IP address, you must disable DHCP and enter the IP address provided.
To Enable DHCP
• Press the Down-Arrow key
• Use the Right-Arrow or Left-Arrow key to select Enable
• Press the Down-Arrow key
• The IP address is automatically acquired
• Press the Down-Arrow key
• The Subnet mask is automatically acquired
• Press the Down-Arrow key
• Router IP automatically acquired
To Disable DHCP
• Press the Down-Arrow key
• Use the Right-Arrow or Left-Arrow key to select Disable
• Press the Down-Arrow key
• Enter in the IP Address
• Press the Down-Arrow key
• Enter in the Subnet Mask
• Press the Down-Arrow key
• Enter the router's IP Address
